Description:
6.0.6 package on Windows is built without Maria  storage engine

How to repeat:
mysql> create table t ( i int) engine=maria;
ERROR 1286 (42000): Unknown table engine 'maria'

Suggested fix:
use WITH_MARIA_STORAGE_ENGINE parameter with win\configure.js
