Description:
A member of Japanese MySQL User Group is contributing translation of menus of Workbench.
Currently workbench does not have capability of i18n,
so this current contribution is  replacing all XML files in workbench package.

I'd like to have i18n capability, and I appreciate if dev team accept his contribution.
