Fixed. I've converted notes where it's actually the agent.ini file and made sure that the new command (mysql-monitor-agent) is used in place of the old mysql-service-agent too.

Description: The Enterprise Monitor user guide has been updated to reflect the split of mysql-service-agent.ini into etc/mysql-monitor-agent.ini and etc/instances/agent/agent.ini. However, the document still uses the old name ("mysql-service-agent.ini") in several places. For example, the heading of section 3.5.1 is "MySQL Enterprise Service Agent (mysql-service-agent.ini) Configuration", and the first paragraph of that section starts out as "The mysql-server-agent.ini files contains the...". How to repeat: 1) Open monitor.pdf. 2) Look in section 3.5.1 for references to mysql-service-agent.ini. Suggested fix: Change all references of "mysql-service-agent.ini" to "mysql-monitor-agent.ini".
