Thank you for the bug report. Are you running it on 64-bit box?. Thanks in advance.

Yes, 64 bit. Best regards.

Thank you for the feedback.

In the initial description you wrote:

> root@lacca:/opt/mysql-gui-tools-5.0# uname -a
> Linux lacca 2.6.24-19-generic #1 SMP Wed Jun 18 14:43:41 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux

And later: "Yes, 64 bit." But why uname reports this is 32bit?
[24 Jul 2008 9:54] david garcia
Sorry, i was wrong, i work with a lot of linux-boxes at the same time. 32 bit, yes.

Best regards.

Thank you for the feedback.

You also said you use package mysql-gui-tools-5.0r12-linux-x86_64.tar.gz which is for 64-bit systems and not expected to work on 32-bit systems. Did you write this by mistake too or this is real cause of the problem?
[28 Jul 2008 12:30] david garcia
Is available a tar.gz for 32bits? i'm unable to find it!!!

Thank you in advanced.
[28 Jul 2008 12:49] Sveta Smirnova
Thank you for the fedback.

You can download 32-bit *.tar.gz from http://dev.mysql.com/get/Downloads/MySQLGUITools/mysql-gui-tools-5.0r12-linux-i386.tar.gz/...
