Description:
MyODBC INSTALL documentation references option "with-thread-safe".

According to MySQL INSTALL-SOURCE and configure script, the option is
called "enable-thread-safe".

Suggest correcting the MyODBC INSTALL file.

Thank you for the bug report. However verifying the configure script the
optional feature flag is:

--enable-thread-safe-client
                          Compile the client with threads.
