Description:
Mysql Administrator launches modal dialogs behind Mysql Table Editor window on various situations.

How to repeat:
When I tried to create a new table with MySql Administrator 1.2.12 under Windows XP SP2 the SQL statement confirmation dialog appears behind the Table Editor window so it becomes impossible to see / confirm / close.

The same problem when selecting Foreign Keys tab in a MyIsam table: The dialog box telling me these tables doesn't support foreign keys appeared behind the Table Editor window.

I didn't try other cases.
