Description:
Workbench crashes at splash screen when the application is started the monitor attached to a Mobility Radeon 7500 video card. If I start Workbench on the other monitor (that is attached to another video card) it works fine.

Las output of crash debug:

'MySQLWorkbench.exe': Loaded 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\riched20.dll', No symbols loaded.
'MySQLWorkbench.exe': Loaded 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\shfolder.dll', No symbols loaded.
'MySQLWorkbench.exe': Loaded 'C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Workbench 5.0 OSS\mysql.canvas.dll', No symbols loaded.
'MySQLWorkbench.exe': Loaded 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\atioglxx.dll', No symbols loaded.
'MySQLWorkbench.exe': Loaded 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\apphelp.dll', No symbols loaded.

How to repeat:
On a dual monitor configuration with a Ati Radeon 750 video card start Workbench.

Note: I didn't test if the problem is specific to the ati radeon video card or to the dual monitor configuration.

I tracked down the issue to a driver problem. I didn't realize I was using a old Radeon 7500 driver. When I updated the driver the problem was solved.
