Description:
Custom fields are displayed in Create Issue Form and anonymous Form, and they can be marked as Required.

If a project has auto-creation of issues enabled, default values must be selected for Category, Priority and Assignment.

If the project has custom fields and auto-creation enabled, issues are created with Required custom fields being EMPTY.

How to repeat:
-Create custom fields, mark them as required
-Enable auto-creation of issues
-Send email to associated address
-view auto-created issue associated to email
-Required custom fields are empty

Suggested fix:
Required custom fields should be added to "Auto-Creation of Issues" configuration screen (similar to Create Issue Form), for assigning default value.

It should consider both cases, when custom fields are created after or before enabling auto-creation of issues.
