Description:
falcon_bug_37080 fails with time out sometimes on Windows.

How to repeat:
See xref for failures. It failed on vm-win2003-32-a and win2003-x86.

This test was failing somewhat regularly before 2008-09-12 but has not occurred since.  The last time it occurred in the falcon-team tree was 2008-09-05.  There were some online alter changes just after that, but it is hard to say what affected this bug.  Closing it now as Can't Repeat.  It can be opened again if this bug starts failing again.
