Description:
Sometimes a couple of times a day, sometimes every couple of days, Bugzilla 2.22.1 hangs. When we log into the system we can see that mysqld is pegging the system at 99 percent.

The mysql version is 4.1.11.
We are running Fedora Core 4.

I have general logging and binary logging turned on.
I have poured through many logs, many times, and none of the entries surrounding the hanging events look like they should be causing mysqld hang.

Despite lots of looking I still have no clues.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

How to repeat:
This is not exactly reproducible, except to say that it happens at least once a week. Four times a week is probably average.
