Description:
main.mysql_protocols           [ fail ]

ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (61)
mysqltest: At line 9: command "echo "select ' ok' as 'TCP'"       | $MYSQL --protocol=TCP" failed
