Description:
When synchronizing the database, table comments are not updated. (While column comments work as expected)

How to repeat:
- Create a table with some comment in your Workbench model
- Synchronize with your database
- Comments are not transfered to the database

comments are correctly updated now. fix will go into 5.0.24

An entry was added to the 5.0.24 changelog:

When synchronizing the database, table comments were not updated. However, column comments worked as expected.
