Description:
On IE 7, the 'Connections' and 'Hit Ratios' graphs (on the Monitor page) pop up smaller than the others (e.g., 'CPU Utilization'). Firefox does not have that problem.
Will attach screen shots now.

How to repeat:
- Open the dashboard using IE 7.
- Click on the 'Connections' and 'Hit Ratios' graphs.

After selecting different groups of graphs to show in the Monitor page (using 'edit favorites'), only the 'Hit Ratios' graph keeps shrinking after it pops up.

After I used 'configure graphs' and changed the Default Interval, none of the graphs show smaller than expected.
Also retried by going back to the original Default Interval: all graphs showed fine.
Also retried by restarting IE 7: all graphs showed fine.

I haven't configured my defaults and I was unable to repeat.

For what it's worth, the final size depicted in the screenshots appears to be the size of the graph not found error image. If this happens again, get the url for the image, put it directly in your browser, and hit f5 to force refresh.
