Description:
[email from Geert:]

Hi Jon,

Right now it's a bit confusing on the ndb_size.pl about how to format
it in HTML.
 http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/mysql-cluster-utilities-ndb-size.html

It says:
"ndb_size.pl and ndb_size.tmpl can also be found in the MySQL sources instorage/ndb/tools. If these files are not present in your MySQL installation, you can obtain them from the MySQLForge project page."

But there is no ndb_size.tmpl needed anymore, and I can only find it back as being deleted in BitKeeper.
Maybe we should remove the old docs and only mention the option --format=html.

Also, the typical usage on that page is one line and you need to scroll horizontally. I think instead of 'typical usage' you should put the options there listed, or just a 'screenshot' of the ndb_size.pl --help output.

A typical use would be, actually an example using it:

 shell> ndb_size --database=ALL --user=root --format=html > ndbsize.html

How to repeat:
See description.

Suggested fix:
See description.
