Description:
There is no PPD module for PPM installation for x64 architecture. Last version of DBD::mysql is for AS Perl 5.8 x86. I have reported this also to AS (bug 77748), but maybe you could prepare this module faster.

How to repeat:
Just install x64 version of ActiveState of PERL on MS Vista x64.

Suggested fix:
Compilation of appropriate module.
