Thank you for the report. Link http://forge.mysql.com/contribute/cla.php is exists. And "Contributor license agreement" link from http://forge.mysql.com/wiki/Community_Contributions links to the page above. So I close the report as "Can't repeat" as I think you just did misprint. Please reopen the report if I misunderstood you.

Hi Sveta, thanks for verifying my report. I should have mentioned that I updated the link on the Wiki page in the meanwhile - the link now points to the actual text of the CLA, but this page does not contain the functionality to submit an agreement to the CLA. So this functionality is currently missing. Thanks!

The wiki now displays a link to add/submit a CLA, as does the main license view page: http://forge.mysql.com/contribute/cla.php?action=add http://forge.mysql.com/contribute/cla.php Fixed in r535
