Also please check if you can successfully run query CREATE PROCEDURE `test`.`a` () BEGIN END in mysql command line client: this can be MySQL Administrator bug as well.

Error in this report is occurs GUI, client command line in other GUIs and also in version mySQL 5.1. All installs mySQL servers are new, (not update). Perhaps this error is conjuncts with type of processor in my PC (Intel Core2 Quad); because in others my PCs this error not exists (Other PCs has different processor but consistent with the OS - Windows XP + SP3).
