Description:
I have previously installed MySQL server on this OS using ver 4 and even though the ODBC client would not work I could still use the server across the network.

The version 5 Alpha Preview would not install with a error of 
"Error Occured during move data process - 103 
Component Servers
File Group
File"

Considering the popularity of the 64 bit OS it would be nice to test ver 5.

How to repeat:
Install on MS 64-bit OS.

The error printed means that the installer's write file action
was denied by OS due that the older one is in use. Please close
all the executable files and the applications that uses MySQL's
dlls.
