Description:
ndb_config doesn't work with MaxNoOfLocalOperations, MaxNoOfLocalScans etc. 

It doesn't report them as wrong options, it just prints out empty values

How to repeat:
shell> ndb_config --query=MaxNoOfLocalOperations

1) ndb_config reports that values ndb_mgmd holds
   (atleast currently there is no option to ask cluster)

2) *LocalOperation has no values assigned in ndb_mgmd
   unless explicitly specified in config-file.

i.e it shows correct, ndb_mgmd has no value

try setting a explicit value in config, and you should see it
using ndb_config

closing this as not a bug,
reassign to jon for docs if you're unhappy
(or argue :-)
