Description:
The Forge has an "about" page (http://forge.mysql.com/about/) which does not show details of the version.
It would be useful to have a version number (and eventually a revision), especially for bug reporting.

How to repeat:
Look at the Forge "about" page 

Suggested fix:
Add version and revision info
