Seen on wvm-win2003-64-b in 6.0-engines-merge:

main.character_set_database_func [ fail ]

ERROR: mysqltest returned unexpected code 3, it has probably crashed

Stopping All Servers

I will disable the test case for now. Please re-enable after fix.
