Description:
I use these programs almost every day and I like it a lot.
But there is one thing I don't like: It's the fact, that the program doesn't save it's size and the size of the inner boxes inside the GUI. Every time I restart the program I have to adjust the sizes. 

How to repeat:
Start the program, change it's size, close it and then start it again and the size is the same as in the beginning.

Thank you for a feature request. What Linux distribution/desktop environment do you use?

MySQL Query Browser saves window size and position on Windows, for example, hence the request.
