Description:
If I place an image (tested it with PNG format), resize it and save the file, the next time i open Workbench the image will be the original size again.

How to repeat:
- Create a new ERR Diagram.
- Place a PNG file in the Diagram.
- In the properties toolbox set 'keepAspectRatio' true.
- Set height to a value different from the original (tried smaller).
- Save and exit.
- Reopen the file and the image will be the original size.
