Description:
setup:
4 db nodes
2 mysql servers

Occasionally the mysqld servers must be restarted in order to pick up changes coming from ddl statements.  E.g., a DROP TABLE xxx on one mysqld server will not always be "replicated" to the other mysqld server. Restarting the mysqld server solves the problem. So, we must improve how meta data is handled between the mysqld servers.

How to repeat:
There happens occasionally (or at least it seems to be the case).
