Description:
1.3J is consuming more CPU than 1.2 to monitor the same number of agents.

How to repeat:
This problem seems to occur only monitoring replication topologies. The Java process shows a slight increase in CPU utilization and the MEM mysqld instance shows a pretty big increase in CPU utilization.

Suggested fix:
Mark Leith provided a trace that shows excessive data collection for NIC IP address information. This data collection item is used for keeping track of replication topology.

CPU utilization was poor compared to previous versions when monitoring the same number of agents.
