Description:
At http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/server-system-variables.html#option_mysqld_table_ca... we have: "Deprecated 	5.1.3, by table_open_cache" But searching manual for table_open_cache gives now description of this variable. Just mentions about it exists and can affect server behavior.

Suggested fix:
Add description of table_open_cache

table_open_cache is not documented in the 5.0 Manual because it was only introduced in 5.1.3.
