Description:
When a bug is closed its history virtually dissapears - there's no way to see it (unless one digs all the mails from his personal mail archive). Also there's no way to add new comments
(e.g. to add something to the closing comment).

According to Monty:

<monty> bug Jim about this;  This is a critical problem with the bug system...

How to repeat:

the hiding of comments on closed bugs is now fixed.

i was not able to reproduce the problem with adding comments to a closed bug.
