Description:
Stopping/Starting service in MySQL Administrator via Service Control applet. You choose stop service/start service - The button to stop/start the service does not change to "start service" either. The status of the server never changes to Stopped though Server information shows disconnected.

How to repeat:
Start MySQL Administrator 1.0.3 Alpha. Goto Service Control applet and choose stop service. Then restart the MySQL server via services applet in xp. When you go back to Administrator Application there is no way to update connection nor see if it is now running. Shutdown the Administrator Aplication. Re-Open the Administrator application, and then connect to instance running. Goto service control and select stop service, though it may report that it is stopped in the message area, the service is not given the option to start nor does the state change under server status.

This was also reported and verified in 1.0.2b Alpha.
