Description:
Application does not restore the previous window size or position on startup.
Especially on a dual monitor display this is quite annoying.

How to repeat:
Custom position the window. Save the contents (e.g. an EER Diagram).
Close the application.
Start the application.
Observe that the positioning reverts to the default.
This even happens if you choose to open the last opened model when started.

Suggested fix:
It would be really neat if the window positioning were an option tied to the specific model, and/or last saved (non-crashed) session - i.e. saved on exit.
