Description:
print preview does not show column names (they do print when you click on print)

How to repeat:
create some ER diagram
select from menu Print Preview

there are no field names shown in the preview

Suggested fix:
show them

This should be fixed in actual version. Please try actual version Workbench 5.0.30.
