To analyse this, we need some more information:

1) What exactly did you do, to get this error?
Please copy the exact sql statement

2) MySQL 4.1.21 is very old. Please, try it with MySQL 4.1.22 or 5.0.51a and let us know if you still will have this issue.

Thank you for the bug report. Views and Stored Procedures aren't supported
in version 4.1.XX..these were introduced in 5.0+ version.
