Description:
Relative to mysql.pdf, document page 201, PDF page 233, 2nd paragraph
of section 3.6.6:  The second sentence begins
   For table types other than InnoDB),
The closing paren is unmatched, and probably should disappear.

Document page 204, PDF page 236, paragraph prior to "CREATE TABLE" example:
The second sentence includes
   is calculated as MAX(auto_increment_column)+1) WHERE ...
The closing paren following the 1 is unmatched, and it, too,
should probably disappear.

Look in the PDF.
