Description:
Cannot reproduce at will, but I am getting a window stating there is an exception thrown. The exception states it cannot write to protected memory. Once it occurs, though I can select the "Continue" button, anything I try from that point forward fails with the same exception.

It first happened in the ER diagramming tool.

The 2nd time it occured with trying to add a foreign key.

How to repeat:
Cannot reproduce at will. Standard use eventually causes it.
