Can't repeat the problem with the limited information provided. Can you give us (possibly privately) the values that you entered in the create account form? Thanks

Description: I tried to sign up for a MySQL Forge account today. This is what I got after filling out the form: A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was: (SQL query hidden) from within function "User::addToDatabase". MySQL returned error "1062: Duplicate entry '' for key 3 (localhost)". The account has been created, though. How to repeat: 1. Go to http://forge.mysql.com/. 2. Sign up as a new user.
