Description:
there is a tutorial file in the share folder from the source download that has 

row[0], but it has to be change to row[1], otherwise you get a nil value error.

the name of the file is "tutorial-inject.lua"

this has been fixed on the 0.7.0 svn snapshot r369

I'm sorry I submitted a duplicate bug report, and I found why I did not find it when I searched for it.

I only searched under category "proxy", but the bug 32088 was filed under proxy:documentation.

I'll keep this in mind before I post any other bug report.
