Description:
When i try to connect from a station to my server i've been receiving this error:

Could not connect to the specified host

MySQL Error Nr. 1115
Unknow character set: 'utf8'

Ping is ok.

When i try that from the server, it's work fine.

I updated my server from 4.0.13 to 4.0.18 and fix this error.
