Description:
According to the documentation 
"If you try to insert data into a new table after all INSERT DELAYED threads are in use, the row is inserted as if the DELAYED attribute wasn't specified."

but i am inserting delayed threads more than the value specified of max_delayed_threads but found no change in behavior of insert
