Description:
Can't close the model navigation window. Shrink dosn't work. Dose on the rest of the windows.

How to repeat:
Close all windows down apart from the main window. Cant close the nav window. Gives you more room.

that navigator isn't closable is by intent, but we will make the window fully collapsable.

A note has been added to the 5.0.17 changelog: 

The Model Navigation window could not be collapsed like other palettes
