The second attempt gives a page with this text: A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was: (SQL query hidden) from within function "User::addToDatabase". MySQL returned error "1062: Duplicate entry 'sergefp@mysql.com' for key 3 (localhost)

Is it possible that you had created 2 different accounts with the same email address but different names/passwords? I do remember some older bug on Forge that allowed something similar to happen. I have no problems like this with new account just created.

Partially verified. Investigating.

Sergey, we are working on this right now...should have it fixed today. Seems to be an issue with those folks who had an account on the forge with a different email address than what was on the mysql.com domains...but we';ll let you know when it's fixed. Cheers.

OK, I manually am redirecting the MediaWiki login areas to the main Forge login screen, so users will never actually see or use the MediaWiki login screen, which should partially solve some of this problem. However, I am still working on fixing the issues with the addToDatabase() error when the same username is found attached to two different email addresses...

I have run a script which should fix the issue for those people who were having issues. In addition, the following is a workaround: * Log into the Forge main area. * Click on "edit my profile" * Change your display name and save * Change your display name back to what it was before and save * Go to wiki. Should be fine. If problems still arise, please attach the issue to this bug report.

Since there is a workaround, setting to W4 and S/D2

Fixed in r499. Also, I added a link to change your password (on mysql.com domain).
