Description:
In trying to migrate the data from a local MySQL installation under Windows XP SP2 to a remote Linux installation of MySQL the "online" bulk transfer of rows halts at the exact same point three attempts in a row (19900 rows into a 70000+ row table). In a fourth attempt, just having the migration tool create a file and unchecking the online option completes successfully.

How to repeat:
Attempt a migration from a localhost Win XP SP2 MySQL database to a remote Linux MySQL database including a table with more than 70000 rows.

Incidentally, I let the online migration run overnight to see if maybe it was not hanging completely, just hanging its reporting of the status of the migration, and when I came in this morning it claimed to have completed successfully. I checked the database, however, and although the tables are there, they are empty. None of the rows were imported.

Thank you for a problem report. Please, send SHOW CREATE TABLE and SHOW TABLE STATUS for one/all of the problematic tables from source MySQL database.
