Thank you for a problem report. What exact version, 4.1.x, do you use? What OS version it runs on?

4.0.x is not supported any more, so even if you found a new bug it will not be fixed in this version. Upgrade to 4.1.x at least, or, better, to 5.0.x. Now, as you use -pro version, you are either OEM or just got it from other vendor as a part of their product. Please, open support issue either with MySQL, if you are OEM customer, or with your software vendor. Bugs database is not a proper place to ask for urgent support anyway.
