Description:
Workbench cannot read files in non-english direcotry. ( in my case korean letter )

Any type files : modelling file, sql file

How to repeat:
Files must be placed in non-english directory.

Suggested fix:
I think that unicode (multi-byte char-set) must be used in file-open process.

Thank you for the bug report. Could you please print here the Korean directory
name?. Thanks in advance.

directory name : C:\Proj\WebService\99-WSF프로젝트
( in english os, the letters maybe look strange.)

I can load model file from the dir names as you pointed (99-WSF프로젝트), but fail to import SQL script from it (put in todo).
Does Workbench report any messages or how do you know that it failed to load model?

Fixed for SQL script files. For models (btw Workbench or DBD4?) need more info.
