Description:
Wiki pages on forge.mysql.com no longer list categories the page is in.

The categories themselves are there:

http://forge.mysql.com/wiki/Category:Subquery_Optimizations

but looking at e.g. page

http://forge.mysql.com/wiki/6.0_Subquery_Optimization_Cheatsheet

I don't see the

  Categories:  cat1 | cat2 | ... | catN

box I used to see. There are plenty of categories in there, please put the category lists back.
