Description:
Sometimes when you move or delete a table or view, the model navigator dosn't update the location or the status of the table, and it continues to appear as you haven't done any changes to the diagram.

I've added an screenshot

How to repeat:
It happens at random, but it's more likely to appear after deleting a table than after moving it, but I've seen it happen in both situations.

Thank you for a problem report. Please, try to repeat with a newer version, 5.0.16-rc, and inform about the results.

Just cheked with the latest 5.0.16 and still happens. I added a new screenshot showing it.

I just cheked with 5.0.17 and so far the update bug seems to have been eliminated. Congrats Guys!
