Description:
In column design view, you can drag and drop columns to re-order the list.

However.. if your list of columns is long, and you attempt to drag the column to a position not visible in the current viewport, the scroll-list does not auto scroll.

Please see http://screencast.com/t/gZwOZMbwe for a screen cast of this phenomon (shows me attempting to drag a column from the top of the list to the bottom, where the list is longer than can be seen without scrolling, and how this fails)

How to repeat:
see above, or video screencast of it @ http://screencast.com/t/gZwOZMbwe

Thank you for the bug report. I can't repeat the behavior reported using my
own table model with a long list of columns.
