Description:
If you try to edit your profile, and click on save you get some internal error messages from php

How to repeat:
1- Login into the forge1.mysql.com
2- Click on "Edit profile"
3- you do not have to change anything, just click on "Save"
and you get

Unfortunate that I could not test some of these things locally because of IP address restrictions to the central authentication API servers.  This has now been fixed in r472-473.
