Description:
create a new diagram.  It's impossible to delete.

How to repeat:
Click Add diagram from the Model menu.  A new diagram is then created.  You can close the view of this new diagram, but the delete option is not available for it.  When you close and reopen the file, the new diagram will still be there no matter what.  Redraw times become very large.

non-repeatable.  I exited file and tried again, delete option became available.

No, I think we should close out.  If I ever get it again I will resubmit with as much detail as possible.
