Description:
When I connect with mysql to the cluster I cannot specify the --ndb-nodeid it should use.

This is different than in other cluster tools and it is a problem when you have specified ndb-cluster-connection-poll > 1 because it does a round robin.

This you do not want to have in single user mode. And I probably also do not want to have an other mysqld installed just for the single user mode case.

How to repeat:
dito

Suggested fix:
add the --ndb-nodeid to mysql and other mysql tools
