Description:
The MySQL Enterprise Monitor User Manual [Document generated on: 2008-03-06 (revision: 1213)], in Section 3.7.1.2. 'MySQL Enterprise Service Agent Options'
has the following text for this option:
--managerhost <managerhost>     Hostname or IP address
                                Default: 127.0.0.1
but when one leaves this option out of the option file, and installs using the option file, the generated ini file does not have the default.

How to repeat:
Leave this option out of the option file, install the agent using this option file, and observe that the generated ini file does not have the default for 'managerhost'.

Suggested fix:
Remove default value from this option in section 3.7.1.2.
