Description:
Even with LogLevelStartup=15 the data nodes do not give any progress messages during the single startup phases (only the completion of each phase is reported). Especially phase 4 can take some time if the dataset is large and then there is no feedback if the cluster is doing anything at all.

How to repeat:
Do a system restart of a cluster with a huge data set. In phase 4 there will be no progress messages for a potentially long time.

Suggested fix:
If the progress can be estimated, show a progress message like "xx% of data restored" every minute.
